Thank you for shopping with Christian Beauty Co. We are a small batch beauty brand, and many of our products are made fresh to maintain quality and performance.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your order ships.
Items that are already on shelf typically ship within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Made to order items, including our Tallow Cosmetics and Tallow Skincare, require approximately 3–4 business days of manufacturing time before shipping.
If your order contains both ready to ship and made to order items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes begin once your package has been scanned by the carrier, not on the date the order is placed.
Once the carrier scans the package, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier and may vary based on distance, location, weather, holidays, and carrier volume.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created or the package is scanned.
Carrier Delays
Christian Beauty Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier. However, if there is an issue with your shipment, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
Delivered Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Christian Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, front desk, mailroom, or local post office if your package shows delivered but cannot be located.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Christian Beauty Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
