Return Policy

At Christian Beauty Co., we care deeply about the quality of our products and the experience our customers have with our brand. Due to the nature of cosmetics and skincare, we are unable to accept returns on any used, opened, swatched, pumped, tested, or applied products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@ChristianBeautyCo.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label.

If the issue is verified, we will gladly send a replacement item. Christian Beauty Co. will cover return shipping when the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, based on the delivery date confirmed by tracking.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for return. Returns sent after the 7 day window or items that show signs of use will not be accepted.

Shade Match Guarantee

We offer a shade match guarantee when our team personally recommends a shade and the match is not correct. In that case, we will send a replacement shade free of charge.

If a customer chooses not to use our shade matching assistance and purchases the wrong shade on their own, we may accept a return only if the product is unused, unopened, and returned within the 7 day return window. Return shipping in this case is the customer’s responsibility.

Customer Preference Returns

We do not cover return shipping for items returned due to customer preference, shade selection without our recommendation, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product.

Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not mail any items back without contacting us first. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return request, please email Info@ChristianBeautyCo.com with:

Your order number
The reason for the return request
Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide next steps.

Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Christian Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. We will do our best to assist where possible, but delivered packages are not automatically eligible for replacement or refund.
