The Fill Effect Eye Cream - 2% Caffeine + Volufiline

Directions
Morning and night, after cleansing and toning, smooth a rice-grain amount around the eye area with your ring finger. Pat gently from the inner corner outward along the orbital bone until absorbed. In the morning, give it a minute before concealer or foundation.
